Ellensburg National Art Show & Auction

The Western Art Association has produced the Ellensburg National Art Show & Auction for over 36 years. This annual event, held the third weekend in May, host 4000 to 5000 visitors each year where they view over 80 artists booths with artwork for sale. Live auctions are held Friday, Saturday and Sunday selling nearly 200 pieces of fine art. A "Quick Draw" is held Friday eveing with twenty artists participating. Proceeds of the "Quick Draw" and demonstration art auctions help fund the three Western Art Association scholarships offered to students in Kittitas County. Additionaly, the auctions proceeds aid in donating to the Clymer Museum of Art for procurment of works by native Ellensburg artist, John F. Clymer.
